Thank you for allowing your child to be a part of Explorer Camp 2025! We are honored to partner with you in creating a memorable and meaningful experience for them.
To help make this a wonderful week for both you and your child, we want to share some important information that will help you stay informed and prepared.
PARENT/GUARDIAN VISITATION GUIDELINES
All visitors must check in with Security and obtain a Visitor’s Pass. Visitation is limited to the following approved times:
CHURCH SERVICES:
We welcome all visitors to attend services. Campers, however, are required to sit in their designated seating areas with fellow campers, not with parents or guardians. Parents and guardians are invited to join their children in prayer during altar time, but we kindly ask that you allow camp staff to minister to the campers first. Please remain in the altar area until an official dismissal is given from the pulpit.
CONCESSION TIME:
Parents and guardians are welcome to join their campers during concession time. For safety and security reasons, we ask that all visitors vacate the campgrounds by 8:30 PM so the Security Team can properly secure the grounds. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping all campers safe.
